Our Team at Incuba Fund
Jack Schlenker - Cofounder
Hi, I’m Jack – a Ridge High School graduate in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, where I also served as a Sailing team captain. When I’m not on the water or in class, I immerse myself in reading, playing games with friends, and exploring the challenges that affect our generation—locally, nationally, and globally. This passion for understanding real-world issues led me to discover many innovative ideas from young entrepreneurs who lacked the resources to bring them to life. That realization inspired me and my friend Leo to launch Incuba Fund.
Leo van der Valk - Cofounder
Hi, my name is Leo van der Valk, and I was a dedicated honors student-athlete at Ridge High School. Passionate about positively impacting my community, I co-founded Incuba Fund with Jack Schlenker, aiming to support young entrepreneurs and student-led clubs in achieving their dreams. Aside from working on Incuba Fund, I enjoy going to the gym and racing in sailing and skiing.

As Co-Executive Director, my goal is to expand our reach, strengthen partnerships, and help Incuba Fund provide more student entrepreneurs, clubs, and organizations with the funding, resources, and guidance they need to bring their ideas to life.
Co-Executive DirectorMae Schlenker
Hey! I'm Mae, a junior at Ridge High School, and I'm extremely excited to be a Co-Executive Director at Incuba Fund! Outside of this project, I'm a captain of my school’s sailing team and enjoy crafting and going on long walks. As a student who’s been involved in various non-profit and fundraising groups, I've experienced firsthand how quickly extraordinary ideas can be limited by funding. As Co-Executive Director, my goal is to help streamline our operations so we can reverse this cycle and focus on growing students' ideas rather than limiting them.
